2. Clean. Hand cleaning with material-safe solutions — sweat stains and salt lines lifted gently.

3. Reshape. Brims re-formed, crowns re-structured, then dried in shape — never crushed, never warped.

4. Finish. Redye where booked, final detail and photo check before handoff.
