1. Assess. Full inspection under proper light; we map every scuff, fade and flaw and quote exactly.

2. Strip & prep. Old finish carefully removed where needed; surfaces prepped for new colour.

3. Restore. Colour matched by eye, paint laid in thin layers, suede re-napped, soles deoxidized.

4. Finish. Sealed, detailed and photographed — the reveal before handoff.
