1. Assess. We inspect the failure — sole bond, stitching, heel, eyelets — and quote the fix honestly.

2. Prep. Surfaces cleaned and prepped so adhesives and stitching hold properly.

3. Repair. Hand-executed reglues, stitching and structural work, cured and set correctly.

4. Finish. Edges dressed, final detail and photo check before handoff.
